Just wanted to sit down and give everyone a little update on January + some of my favorite products, songs and etc... that I used! I didn't take pictures, but will include some links to things that I really loved, youtube videos, etc. I will also be breaking down this outfit that was featured on our Instagram and Facebook!
So, here goes my very first "monthly favorites" + update!
update: I finally got a tripod for my camera! I'm still trying to get the timing and framing down, so some of the photos and poses might be sort of stale or repeating at first. There is this old school across the street from us, with some nice brickwork and walls that could provide some interesting backgrounds. I look forward to making it over there in the coming weekends! I'd also like to start bringing videos into the whole experience!
A LOT has happened for us in this first month of blogging! We created a Facebook, Pinterest, Polyvore, an Instagram (@commeuneplume) and were invited to join the amazing website Glipho via IG! It's a new social publishing engine that allows you to connect with other writers/bloggers and build your audience. You can view our Glipho here.
I also joined the great website, makeupgeek.com and participated in my first challenge! It was so much fun! This is a great website for makeup lovers and cosmetic addicts to connect and share tips and looks and chat about life. So join up, find me and give me a friend request! I wore this outfit to my little cousin's 3rd birthday party at Chuck-E-Cheese on Saturday. It was comfortable and low maintenance. Even though the shirt is sheer, I didn't need any extra sweater because it was so beautiful and sunny!
